Tenant rent payments are ran every two weeks via ACH through our software system that they use so there is very little to be done with rent collection.
The franchise owner will be onsite daily during the first six months of operation to help get new tenants moved in, to meet and greet prospective tenants looking at leasing space, and to build a sense of community among the independent business owners at Image Studios 360.
Any maintenance needed is typically outsourced to a licensed handyman or contractor.
The franchise owner can take on any janitorial tasks, however, it is typically outsourced to a 1099 contractor.
Once the salon is fully occupied we recommend visiting the salon at least two to three times per week to greet your professionals, look for any maintenance needed, ensuring the space is clean and presentable, etc.
Accounting for rent is something that the franchise owner can do from a laptop computer anywhere there is a Wifi connection. Keeping the books on your salon will typically take around 46 hours per month; as time progresses and they become more familiar with the software, this process can take even less time.
