Our comprehensive training, pre-opening launch program and detailed operational procedures have proven out the purvelo model at multiple studio locations across the Southeastern United States. The investment range is from $364,600 – $448,500 which includes the $60,000 initial franchise fee, equipment, one-time $5k technology fee, build out of the studio, grand opening marketing plan, 3rd party professional advisory fees, insurance, and 3-months of working capital. We offer discounts to veterans, first responders, and woman as well.
We also offer discounts on initial franchise fees for owners who commit up front to purchase 2 or more studios. We are also creating an area development model, for owners who want to build out and own 7-10 studios in a larger metro market. Typically a studio can be run on 2-4 employees and once up and running, on a semi-absentee basis allowing for franchisees to open multiple studios. Our studios are between 1,600 and 2,000 square feet with adequate parking and drive by traffic. We provide specific site criteria to help candidates evaluate real estate that would be a good fit for their purvelo by working along side our real estate and architect partners. Our technology and marketing are also designed to help candidates with managing memberships, outreach, lead generation and much more.
